(1) In addition to the duties, duties and rights written in this Act, the other duties, duties and rights of the Chief Executive Officer shall be as follows:-
(a) To prepare a list of proposals to be presented at the meeting of the Board,
(b) To submit the project to the board for approval and to proceed with the necessary process,
(c) To implement the decisions and instructions made by the board,
(d) To prepare the annual budget and program of the board and the office and submit it to the board for approval (e) To monitor, review, evaluate the implementation of the projects approved for implementation by the Board (f) To perform other tasks assigned by the Board.
